Job Description This Middle Eastern Airport is amongst the busiest and largest in the region. It is a subsidiary of a high profile national Airline that has become a recognised and highly respected global brand. Currently going through a phase of rapid expansion in order to cope with its ever increasing operations, the airport will move to a new state of the art facility that is currently under construction. Ensures delivery of day-to-day utilities transmission services, electricity, gas and water across the airport campus, through effective Asset Management and Capacity planning. Delivers preventative maintenance in compliance with statutory regulations and SOPrsquoS. Aligns system capacity with the master development plan and is responsible for project tendering, evaluation and execution. Is the Energy Champion for the Airport community delivering electricity, gas and water reductions and supports revenue generation through an effective metering strategy. Manages stakeholder relationships in utilities interests including tenants and service providers like Kahramaa. With a Bsc/BEng in Engineering discipline and/or Facilities Management must have 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position and capacity in an FM environment. Financial management skills and ability to prepare and deliver annual budgets. The job requires to go beyond regular working hours and some travelling.
