Job Description This Middle Eastern Airport is amongst the busiest and largest in the region. It is a subsidiary of a high profile national Airline that has become a recognised and highly respected global brand. Currently going through a phase of rapid expansion in order to cope with its ever increasing operations, the airport will move to a new state of the art facility that is currently under construction. This move has created some of the best career opportunities in the sector, worldwide. You will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures for internal and external stakeholders such as government departments. The role also includes reviewing internal procedures for consistency and clarity. These procedures will be involved in the transition to the new airport and in process improvement functions. Moving forward, this role will continue to be working with airport stakeholders to optimise procedures and processes throughout the business. Minimum Qualification: bull Degree qualified bull Minimum of 5years work experience at Airports/Airlines either working for the airport of Consultant would be an advantage. Otherwise experience in a customer services environment is essential bull Project management experience essential Job Specific Skills: bull Knowledge of SOPs bull Good analytical skills combined with a solution oriented approach bull Motivated and able to develop new concepts quickly bull You will have a working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, Total Quality/Zero Defect or Similar.
