Client:
One of UAE 's biggest group of companies based in Abu Dhabi specialized in a diversity of industries including Marine and Shipping, Construction, Roads and Transportation, Aviation, Heavy Lift Machinery, Factories, Hospitality etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Strategy Manager will work closely with the CEO to define the Corporate Strategy, Mission and Vision, and with the group top management (COO, MD's, GM's & Directors) to assure alignment of business unit strategies to the corporate strategy. Measure Strategy plans progress throughout the year. The role will report to the CEO.
Work with the management of group companies to make sure that the business plans were closely aligned to the approved corporate strategy, are realistic and achievable.
Participate with other senior managers in financial restructuring of the group.
Build a PMO to manage the corporate portfolio of projects and programs.
Should have expertise in:
*Forecasting, budgeting, process mapping, balance score card
*Business Process Re-engineering
*Corporate Governance
*Turnaround, Business Process Re-Engineering
*Feasibility Report
*Portfolio Management
*Transformation of Strategy
*Working closely with IT team & other teams within their group of companies
*Give directions to all the department as per business objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
You will ideally come from a consulting background from one of the "big four" Consulting Firms as well as other similar companies.
You will be presentable with a wealth of experience in providing business solutions in different industries and have excellent communication skills.
Knowledge or the understanding of Arabic will be an added advantage.
